PUMPKIN KITTY'S STORY

Pumpkin came to us from the shelter's foster program. Her previous foster stepped on her and crushed two of her legs. The shelter said they needed to be amputated, but without resources, she was put on the same day kill list. A veteran Pound Pals Foster stepped up for Pumpkin Kitty, who was tagged just five minutes before her scheduled kill time. With quality vet care and lots of rehab from her foster mom, both of Pumpkin Kitty's legs have been saved!  Although Pumpkin has been rehabbed and resides in a foster home, she is still assigned to our outreach program.
