Stumpy was failed for the first decade of his life. He had endured a hard existence and it showed - with a rotten bottom jaw, pneumonia and a 22 bullet logged in his side. Upon arrival, his chest x-rays looked terrible (the xrays picked up a bullet logged near his lung). Stumpy had thick green mucus draining from his nose. If that wasn't enough, Stumpy arrived covered in ticks (as shown) and tested positive for Ehrlichia (a tick disease). It is hard to say a dog like Stumpy got lucky but Stumpy finally caught a break in life thanks to the Pound Pals Village. Stumpy wants all senior and special needs dogs to get the chance he has gotten and he knows vet funding is what makes that happen.
Your generous donations - larger or small - help us continue to save senior and special needs pets who have no other placement options.
